The Morenos received their missionary appointment to Greece in 2014. Arriving in Athens in 2017, they assumed the pastorate of The Crossroads Church in Athens while also studying the Greek language. Joshua serves on the national board of the UPC of Greece and also serves on the youth commission for the Europe/Middle East region. Christene works with all the younger generation in Athens, from the youth down to the children, igniting a passion for God in the next generation. She also leads the ladies ministries and has spoken at ladies events. When returning to the field they hope to see more ministers trained in Athens to use as a launching pad to start churches countrywide.
